GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLAYGROUND CAFÉ

1. APPLICABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS
1.1. These general terms and conditions of use and sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General
Terms") govern the relationship between Playground Café (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"
or "We") and its clients (hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "Parent/Guardian"), collectively
referred to as the "Parties".
1.2. By using the services and facilities offered by the Company, the Client confirms that they have
read, understood, and fully accepted these General Terms.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to modify these General Terms. Changes will be published on
the Company’s official website and will apply from the date of publication.
2. RESERVATIONS
2.1. Making a Reservation:
• Reservations are made on the Company’s website, with a fixed time slot. After completing the
reservation, the Client will receive a confirmation email.
2.2. Reservation Confirmation:
• A reservation is considered firm and confirmed only after receiving the confirmation email from
the Company.
2.3. Cancellations and Modifications:
• For modifications or inquiries regarding reservations, the Client must contact the Company by
email or phone.
2.4. Private Events:
• For organizing private events (e.g., birthdays), the Client must complete a form or contact us
directly via email.
3. PAYMENT
3.1. Standard Reservations:
• Reservation of a time slot does not require an advance payment.
3.2. Consumption:
• Payments for consumables (e.g., drinks, food) are made on-site, at the end of the visit.
3.3. Payment Methods:
• Payments are accepted in cash and by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, other debit cards).
3.4. Private Events:
• For private events, a non-refundable deposit is required if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the event.
4. RULES FOR USING THE PLAYGROUND
4.1. Responsibility of Parents/Guardians:
• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times while using the premises. The Company is not responsible for accidents resulting from lack of supervision or
inappropriate behaviour.
• Certain playground areas or equipment may be more suitable for specific children depending on their age, physical abilities, or developmental level.
• It is solely at the discretion of the parents/guardians to decide which playground areas are
appropriate for their children and to ensure the safe use of the equipment.
4.2. Conduct:• All users must follow the conduct rules displayed at the premises. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the Company reserves the right to deny future access to the individuals involved.

• Children and their guardians must behave in a way that ensures the safety and comfort of others. Inappropriate or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

4.3. Safety:

• The playground is equipped in accordance with safety standards, but the use of the equipment is at the users’ own risk.

• The Company is not responsible for supervising children, as this responsibility lies entirely with the parents/guardians.

• Non-Slip Socks: All children are required to wear non-slip socks while using the playground

equipment to prevent accidents and ensure safety.

• Footwear for Parents/Guardians: Parents or guardians must either wear appropriate footwear protection (e.g., non-slip footwear) or remove their shoes to maintain hygiene and ensure the safety of the children.

5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

5.1. Data Collected:

• Name, surname, email address, and phone number are collected for the purpose of booking and

communicating with the Client.

5.2. Purpose of Processing:

• Managing reservations, contacting clients, and improving the user experience.

5.3. Client Rights:

• Clients have the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose the processing of their personal data. Requests can be made via email to co*****@************fe.lu.

5.4. Data Protection:

• Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without the Client’s consent, except in cases required by law.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. Exemption from Liability:

• The Company is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to non-compliance with safety rules or lack of supervision.

6.2. Force Majeure:

• The Company reserves the right to cancel reservations in case of force majeure, without any financial liability.

7. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION

7.1. Any dispute will be resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will beresolved by the competent courts.
